Digital Marketing Manger

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional client and customer management. This role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on involvement in campaign execution, CRM management, and administrative support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Marketing and Campaign Management

  • Design and execute marketing strategies to align with company objectives.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and offline initiatives.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI optimization.
  • Evaluate campaign performance through metrics and analytics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Prospecting and Market Research

  • Conduct data mining using tools such as CoreLogic, White Pages, and Infobel to generate leads.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and target audiences to identify opportunities for growth.

CRM Management and Optimization

  • Master CRM software functionality through training and online tutorials to maximize business impact.
  • Populate and update the CRM with accurate contact details and sales data.
  • Utilize CRM tools for database communication and personalized marketing efforts.

Content Creation and Brand Management

  • Design marketing materials such as brochures, information memorandums, and email newsletters using templates and graphic design tools.
  • Develop content plans and create engaging posts for social media platforms.
  • Oversee the management of all social media accounts, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.

Administrative Support

  • Manage email inboxes, ensuring prompt and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and oversee marketing documents and campaign checklists.
  • Ensure legal compliance in client forms and agreements, completing all required documentation.

Supplier and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with suppliers for marketing-related services, obtaining competitive pricing and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, clients, and internal teams to foster collaboration.

Supplier and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Mentor and collaborate with team members, providing guidance on marketing best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related inquiries, acting as a bridge between departments.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on both digital and traditional channels.
  • Proven success in leading marketing initiatives in a western business environment (e.g., Australia, New Zealand, US, or Europe).
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong social media management expertise, including content creation and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Solid understanding of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and suggest improvements.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage tasks independently.
  • Resilient under pressure and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Adaptable to changing circumstances and enthusiastic about tackling new challenges.
