OUTSOURCING MODEL 1

Outsourcing with a BPO

(ASIATEL OUTSOURCING DOES THIS)

Outsourcing with a BPO is an end-to-end mandate given to a BPO related to all your operations in the Philippines. BPO is responsible for all it takes to deliver the mandate and has necessary support teams to make it work. This is typically charged on hourly basis or per transaction basis.

Asiatel Outsourcing is a boutique outsourcing company that does this model with competitive pricing

Remote Staffing with a dedicated vendor

(ASIATEL OUTSOURCING DOES THIS)

Remote staffing or it is also known as managed operations or Co-sourcing in the Philippines. It is a process of creating dedicated teams in the office of an offshoring partner in the Philippines. The partner helps the clients in identifying talent in Philippines, provides necessary HR and statutory support, ongoing administrative support, IT support and offers necessary office infrastructure / facilities.

The dedicated teams are then managed by the client directly. The remote staffing partner provides the necessary administrative support and oversight as needed. This model is much more cost effective than first model.

A captive BPO is operations set up by a foreign company in Philippines by setting up a 100% subsidiary to manage the outsourcing requirements in the Philippines.
