ATOI is transitioning from a profitable private company to a publicly listed, growth-driven enterprise. Through a definitive agreement with New Media Capital 2.0 Inc. (NEME.P), a Capital Pool Company (CPC) listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V), Asiatel completed a reverse takeover (RTO) and will be listed on the TSX-V effective July 14, 2026. Alongside this, we have executed a private placement financing to accelerate expansion and enhance long-term shareholder value.
