JOB DESCRIPTION

Our campaign partner is an innovative cloud services company, offering advanced technology solutions to businesses. We are looking for a highly motivated Appointment Setter specializing in outbound lead generation to help fuel our sales pipeline in the Philippine market.

In this role, you will focus on initiating contact with key decision-makers, setting appointments, and handing off qualified leads to the sales team to close deals. This is a key role in driving business growth, and we’re looking for someone with a strong passion for sales and a results-driven approach.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Generate leads by reaching out to potential clients in the cloud services industry using company-provided prospect lists.
Use tools like Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others to identify and connect with decision-makers.
Perform outbound calling, targeted email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to secure meetings and interest in the company’s services.
Set appointments for the sales team with warm, qualified leads who are ready for further discussions.
Maintain and update records of leads and prospects in the CRM system.
Meet performance goals of generating 5–8 qualified appointments per month starting from the second month.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience as an appointment setter, lead generation specialist, or B2B telemarketer, preferably in the cloud services or tech industry.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and CRM software.
Solid communication skills and a confident phone presence.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Ability to engage decision-makers and open doors for sales teams to move forward.
Knowledge of the cloud services market and the Philippine business environment is a plus.
