Asiatel Outsourcing Inc. is expanding beyond its existing business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) operations, adding enterprise AI implementation and market-entry services to its portfolio.
The Philippine outsourcing firm has activated its partnership with fileAI LLC to offer businesses in the country an enterprise AI platform for processing documents and other unstructured information, while separately launching managed go-to-market services for foreign software companies seeking to establish a presence in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
