Chairman Shafi Aboobaker and Chief Executive Officer Jasjit Singh Anand (Andy), together with Company directors, shareholders and advisors, joined Omar Khafagy, Head, Client Success, Company Services Global Client Team, to close the market at the TMX Market Centre in Toronto on 22 September 2026. Asiatel commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on 14 July 2026 under the symbol ATOI. The Company was founded in Manila in 2006 and employs approximately 500 people in the Philippines, serving clients across eight countries.
