Asiatel Outsourcing Inc. (TSXV: ATOI), a Philippines-based business process outsourcing firm, celebrated its new listing on the TSX Venture Exchange with a market-close ceremony in Toronto on September 22, 2026. The event brought together company leadership, a representative from the Philippine consulate, and TSX officials to mark the milestone. For investors, the listing signals Asiatel Outsourcing’s entry into Canadian public markets as it looks to scale its outsourcing and AI-powered services business.

Chief Executive Officer Jasjit Singh Anand led the market-close ceremony alongside Hon. Kristine Leilani R.
