ASIATEL Outsourcing Inc., a Philippine-based business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) firm, is looking to add up 250 delivery seats in its Manila operations in the next two years as part of its expansion plan, a top executive said.
“We’ll add 250 delivery seats in over two years,” Jasjit Singh Anand, CEO and president of Asiatel, said in a media briefing on Thursday.
Delivery seats refer to the physical or virtual workstations equipped to handle client services.
